Alpha Dominion Phi was founded in 2026 in the state of Alabama by Stephanie Gaddis. A visionary leader driven by purpose, resilience, and divine calling. What began as a personal conviction soon became a collective movement, as Stephanie connected with amazing women who shared the same heart for authentic Sisterhood, intentional leadership, and generational impact.

The organization was birthed from a need for:
