History of Alpha Dominion Phi Sorority, Inc.
Alpha Dominion Phi Sorority, Inc. was founded in 2026 in Alabama by Stephanie Gaddis, a visionary leader with passion for unity, structure, and purposeful sisterhood. The sorority was established with the intent to create a strong, organized, and empowering space for women who desire growth, accountability, and genuine connection.
Inspired by both personal experiences and a desire to build something lasting, Stephanie Gaddis along with some ladies that shared the same vision help push the vision where Stephanie sought to develop an organization rooted in purpose, strength, and sisterhood. With the encouragement and vision shared by her husband, Paul Gaddis, Alpha Dominion Phi was brought to life as a fresh start- one that values collaboration over control and structure over confusion.
From its inception, Alpha Dominion Phi has been dedicated to cultivating women who are commited to personal development, community impact, and uplifting one another. The organization embraces women from diverse backgrounds who share a common goal: to grow, lead, and thrive together.
The sorority's identity is reflected through its meaningful symbols:
The eagle, representing vision, power, and leadership
The blossom, symbolizing growth, renewal, and beauty in evolution
The diamond, respresenting strength, resilience, and unbreakable bonds
Guided by its motto, "Power with Purpose. Sisterhood with Strength." Alpha Dominion Phi continues to build a legacy grounded in unity, intergrity, and excellence.
As the organization grows, it remains committed to its founding vision: to create a lasting sisterhood that empowers women to rise, lead, and leave a meaningful impact on the world.
